Step 01
Clean and dry
Skin should be clean, dry and free of oil so the strip holds securely.

Place and press
Centre the strip on your nose, just above the flare, and press gently for a few seconds.

Remove gently
After training or in the morning, peel it slowly from one side. No sharp pulling.

Does the strip hold when I sweat?
For the best hold, apply it to clean, dry skin without cream or oil and press gently for a few seconds.
How long does one strip last?
One strip is for one use, up to 9 hours a day. Remove it gently afterwards.
Can I use it with nasal spray?
The strip works mechanically, with no drugs or chemicals. The adhesive is hypoallergenic and latex-free. If you take medication or have a medical condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Why are bigger packs cheaper?
With 2 or 3 packs you pay less per pack than with a single pack. If you use the strips regularly, you save money and always have some on hand.
