Step 01
Clean and dry
Skin should be clean, dry and free of oil so the strip holds securely.

Place and press
Centre the strip on your nose, just above the flare, and press gently for a few seconds.

Remove gently
After training or in the morning, peel it slowly from one side. No sharp pulling.

Will it stay on all night or through my whole workout?
Yes, as long as your skin is clean and dry. Oil, cream or sweat are the most common reasons a strip comes loose, so put it on before you start training, not once you are already sweating.
Does it hurt to take off?
No, if you peel it off slowly starting from one end. If you have sensitive skin, dampen the strip with a little warm water first.
Can I use the same strip twice?
No. Each strip is single use, because the adhesive won't grip properly after it has been removed. One pack has 30 strips, about one month of daily use.
Which pack should I choose?
If you want to try them first, start with one pack of 30. If you use them every night or every workout, the 6 or 12 month Mega Packs work out cheaper per strip.
Is it suitable for everyone?
It is for adults and children aged 12 and over. Do not use it if you have allergies, skin conditions or irritated skin on your nose. If you have a medical condition or use nasal medication, ask your doctor or pharmacist first.
